TMPL Digital License

This License Agreement (“License”) governs the use of all products purchased or downloaded from TMPL Digital (“we”, “our”, “us”), including design assets, AI guides, and Framer templates (“Products”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Terms

All Products are licensed, not sold.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products in accordance with this License.
You may not claim intellectual property rights or exclusive ownership of any Product.

2. Permitted Uses

a) Design Assets & AI Guides

✅ You may:

Use in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
Modify, adapt, or combine assets with your own work.
Create derivative works for clients or personal use.

b) Website Templates

✅ You may:

Use a template to build personal or client websites.
Modify, customize, and adapt templates.
Launch live commercial websites based on a purchased template.

3. Restrictions

For all Products, you may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or share Products “as is” (including uploading to free or paid marketplaces, stock platforms, or GitHub repos).
Claim authorship of the original Product.
Use Products in a way that competes directly with TMPL Digital (e.g., selling as your own template or asset library).

For Website Templates specifically, you may NOT:

Resell or redistribute the template as a template (only finished websites are allowed).

Participation in official TMPL Digital affiliate programs is not considered resale and is fully permitted.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required, but is appreciated when possible.
Suggested form: “Made by TMPL”.

5. Termination

This License is effective until terminated.
If you violate the terms, your license will be revoked without refund.

6. Disclaimer

All Products are provided “as is” without warranties.
TMPL Digital is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Products.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws when using AI-generated or derivative works.
TMPL Digital is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or future changes of third-party services (such as Framer, MidJourney, OpenAI, or others). If a Product becomes partially or fully unusable due to changes, restrictions, or shutdowns of third-party services, this does not constitute a breach of our obligations.
